As we grow, we want to bring the same philosophy to our website. We are here to answer customer’s questions by email; phone or you can visit us.

After your order is placed, you will receive an email/text to confirm your order and to thank you for your business. If something is wrong, we will be more than happy to help you at that moment.
Please take time to read the following Terms and Conditions before to purchasing a product from our website. By accessing our website you hereby agree to be bound by all the terms incorporated herein by reference. Gala Gowns in its sole discretion and without notice to you, reserves the right to make changes to this site and to the terms and conditions from time to time. If you don’t agree please do not access or use our site or services.
After your order is placed, your order cannot be changed, altered or canceled. We recommend that contact us as soon as possible. If the product becomes unavailable, we will contact you immediately to offer you ways to fulfill your expectations.
Remember we are an authorized retailer striving to deliver the best service.
Now, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your merchandise for refund or store credit.
If you need to return your merchandise, please contact us immediately.
1. Please request a return authorization number from us within 3 days after receiving your merchandise.
2. Make sure your item is back in the same bag or box with its hanger. Don’t forget to send a copy of your receipt!
3. Gowns must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached
4. When we receive your items, we will inspect in detail. Then we will send you a notification with the final resolution.
Refund or Store Credit may take up to 10 business days to process. Sale items are final.
5. We will apply 20% restocking fee to all returns shipped from our facility.
6. Shipping will be paid by the customers.
7. Store Credit can be used for some items. In the event you receive a store credit, it will be the equivalent of your purchase. Store credit is valid only for 3 months after the issue date and it can be used to purchase merchandise only. You cannot use your store credit for shipping costs.
Gala Gowns has made every effort to display the most accurate form of their gowns/ dresses/ items in its website. However, the capability of your computer monitor can affect the gowns colors, textures and details that you see on your screen. Also, colors can vary from designer to designer. Swatches are available in our physical store, or designer website. Please feel free to contact us for clarifications.
Gala Gowns has a measurement chart for each designer/ collection. Please make sure to use it (compare your measurements) before you purchase a gown with us. (If you are planning to lose weight while you are purchasing a gown, please use your actual measurements) Sometimes designer apparel runs small / big, sometimes designers use different charts for different collections. We are not responsible for errors made by selecting a dress size. Gala Gowns reserves the right to change the sizes available and the size charts at any time.
Plus sizes are subject to extra charges depending on the designer.
Partial payments are subject to completing the price otherwise the items won’t be shipped. If the price is not received within 3 months, the merchandise will be restocked with additional fees.
Gala Gowns will be more than happy to hear from you. Comments, feedback, etc. are more than welcome! You agree that no comments submitted by you will contain unlawful or obscene material. You hereby grant Gala Gowns permission to use your comments/ ideas/ information for marketing purposes. From time to time we will send emails/ text/ postcards / messages with information about our products. If you don’t want to receive them please contact us otherwise we will send you our promotions.
GalaGowns.net at this moment, is not selling overseas. All our customers should be in USA. We will ship only to all 50 states. We don’t ship to US territory, P.O boxes or APO/ FPO addresses. Purchasers must be 14 years old and older. Please contact our store in the Treasure Coast for our overseas program.
Gala Gowns, in its sole discretion, has the right to cancel, suspend or terminate your order. In the event of denial access by Gala Gowns, you are no longer authorized to access the site.
Limitations of Liability
Gala Gowns website is “as is” and “as available”. Gala Gowns cannot warranty the content of this website to be accurate or free of errors. We are not responsible for any damage to your computer system that results from the use of our website. We work hard to fulfill your requirements but technology could fail; it could be interrupted, send errors or viruses. You bear the risk of using the service.
All Gala Gowns users herein agree to insure and hold harmless, Gala Gowns, its affiliates, vendors, employees, agents, partners and / or licensors blameless or not liable for any claim or demand, which may include from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities and costs ( including attorney’s fees and court costs).
Dispute Resolution Limit On time To Bring a Claim:
Any claim that arises for the use of our website must be filed within 3 months after the purchase. Any dispute submitted shall be in Port Saint Lucie governed by the laws of the state of Florida, United States. After said claim or action arose or shall be forever barred.
